Who we are and why this is going to work?

Polina Kodess is a psychologist who works with the burnout topic for over 12 years. She works with lawyers, physicians, engineers, and other professionals and found that even in different work settings, pathways to real recovery consist of similar building blocks.

Her therapy work with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma helped her recognize the deepest roots of the behavior that brings us to the edge of burnout. At some moment we need to take care of these roots, and recognizing them is the necessary first step. At the same time, Polina used to work in a business setting with professionals who are brilliant and brave, and willing to implement some positive changes because business literally relies on their skills and presence. So our approach is very practical and ready for implementation in your business and your life.

How does this work? 

The Burnout Prevention and Recovery workshop is a 3-hour event that can be held in three different ways:

Group is limited to 12 participants to maximize the quality, interactivity, and care for everyone.  After the registration, you will receive a letter and a short survey which will help us tailor it for your needs.
